Your new role

As a Market Research & Planning Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Extract, manage, and analyze external and cross-functional data to deliver revenue and productivity insights effectively.
• Evaluate external market reports and methodologies to develop marketing intelligence supporting strategic decision-making initiatives objectives.
• Analyze customer satisfaction, market reactions, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities and data monetization.
• Lead external lead generation initiatives including budget oversight, supplier management, and database infrastructure development activities.
• Conduct economic, air express, and cargo market analyses to assess short-term and long-term growth potential.
• Prepare sales and business reviews, targets, and reports highlighting insights, abnormalities, and recommendations for management.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, statistics, or related analytical discipline with strong quantitative foundation.
• 2+ years of experience in market research, analytics, and data-focused roles within organizations.
• Proven experience in database management, external statistics databases, and advanced data analytics techniques tools applications.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI or related business intelligence and reporting technologies within enterprise environments.
• Excellent software skills with experience developing reports and implementation plans in dynamic sales environments organizations.
• Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder communication skills, organizational interest, and ability to support commercial projects effectively.
