We are looking for a Senior HR Staff to manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions. This role is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting business objectives through effective people management.

The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation, while also supporting strategic HR initiatives. In addition, the role will oversee general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

This position requires a hands-on and mature individual with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and management team, including filing, documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence management.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and preparing reports, memos, and other administrative documents as required.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payment vouchers, and related documents, and support basic accounts administration for audit and finance purposes.
• Assist in organizing company events, staff activities, and welfare initiatives.
