The Research Support and Grants Management Unit manages pre and post award administration of internal and external research grants, enabling NIE faculty to secure research funding and administer grants effectively in compliance with funding and institutional requirements. The unit also oversees all Research Support functions in capacity building faculty staff. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Research Support and Grants Management Unit within the Office for Research.

Requirements

• A University Degree.

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in research administration, grants management, research support, policy coordination, or a similar administrative leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-on-one literacy support to students with hearing loss in mainstream primary and secondary schools.
2. Regularly assess and monitor each student’s progress according to their individual needs, and keep records of their performance.
3. Liaise and work closely with school personnel, parents and other stakeholders.
4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes in alignment with the funders' and organisational guidelines.

Job Summary

The Network Infrastructure & Security Engineer will be responsible for the design, deployment, operation, and optimization of our network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls. This includes supporting external vendors to deploy network assets and taking over control and maintenance from vendors from day 2 onwards. Applied Learning Programme (ALP) Support Officer

REPORTS TO: Elementary School Principal

JOB GOAL: The Learning Support Teacher provides quality instruction and support to identified students. Student support is provided through consultation with teachers to recommend specific strategies and accommodations (Level 1 support), classroom push-in/co-teaching with homeroom teacher (Level 2 support), and more intensive one-on-one support for students with higher support needs (Level 3 support). Job Summary

The Learning Support Team (LST) manages daily operations, resources, learner registrations, and logistics to create an effective learning environment and support training activities.

Responsibilities

• Allocate assessment session timeframes based on learner numbers to ensure adequate scheduling
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to support learning operations
• Maintain training facilities and ensure equipment is in good working condition for smooth training delivery
• Assist learners by responding to course enquiries and managing registration processes accurately
• Track and verify learners’ attendance and assessment results to maintain accurate records
• Monitor and evaluate training programs, workflows, and processes to ensure quality and effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed
• Ensure all training programs and activities comply with the established curriculum
• Handle all documents in compliance with PDPA to protect learner data privacy
• Manage logistics and resources to support training sessions and departmental needs
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

About This Role

To development technical capabilities of field operatives, to manage and maintain all training assets and facilities, within country coverage

Main Responsibilities

• To develop annual training plan for field operatives in coordination with branch operation
• To perform technical training for field operatives in face to face session and/or online training
• In coordination with POSC to record training activities in LMS
• To coordinate with technical expert and external training organization to conduct special training and certification for field operatives
• To coordinate with APAC and Global FOD for training and technology update
• To manage and maintain training assets and facilities, and to plan annual expenditure for asset investment to support field operative development
• To perform site service support for field operative if any site escalation case which require higher level technical capability
• To coordinate with all internal stakeholders for the successful of delivering the customer order.
• To complete and provide proper electronic documentation utilizing the established company digital tools required (if applicable)
• To participate in development program to improve both hard skils and soft skills
• To complete reports and other required and appropriate documents in a professional, accurate, neat and legible manner and submit same in a timely manner and in accordance with established guidelines.
• To comply all established safety rules and procedures, including those established by the customer
• To be fully aware of and comply with current responsibilities and requirements of the relevant OHS Acts Regulations and applicable Health and Safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Report all hazards, incidents and injuries in accordance with legislation and company reporting procedures;
• To participate in programs and assessments to improve health and safety in the workplace.
• To execute all functions in line with the applicable delegation of authority
• To perform other duties as assigned

As an educator specialist with learning support, you play a vital role in providing early intervention to children, helping them thrive in their learning and development.

• Observe and assess children's needs and evaluate on their progress
• Prepare individual lesson plans for each child who needs learning support
• Conduct lesson with activity that focus on learning domains
• Provide support and share strategies with educators
• Lead training session for educators and parents to enhance learning for the children
• Collaborate with parents and teachers to support development milestone
• Evaluate developmental screenings and learning outcomes
• Build and maintain partnerships with agencies, hospital and therapy centers

Job Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Learning Support or equivalent
• Min 2 years experience in Early Childhood Industry and relevant working experience in early intervention
