What We Are Looking For

Essential Experience & Network

• 8–12 years of business development or technical sales experience in Singapore’s process construction, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or data center sectors.

• Proven track record of winning projects in at least one high-value niche (e.g., cleanroom M&E, biopharma fit-out, data center infrastructure).

• Existing relationships with key decision-makers at EPC contractors, main contractors, or plant owners.

• Deep understanding of BCA registration, CoreTrade certifications, and standard contract forms (PSSCOC, SIA, REDAS).

Job Purpose
SPDA-REFG is responsible for the origination and execution of financings for Real Estate Finance (“REF”) transactions with supporting development of real estate business within JBAP in order to maintain/enhance marketing capability in close collaboration between JBAP and SPDA-REFG. As such, SPDA-REFG also seeks to utilise the specialised expertise to enhance revenues, increase number of customers across the regions.

The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work hand in hand with site managers to deliver only the best property management services. Having superb organisational skills will be vital to this role because you’ll make road maps on how to smooth out the daily operations of the designated sites.
