• Prepare material boards, finishes selection, and specifications.

• Ensure designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.

• Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation aligns with drawings.

• Assist in preparing tender documents and technical drawings.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in interior fit-out or interior design projects.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar.

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details for interior fit-out.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
