CERTIFIED CALM our sister company is on the lookout for a new Social Media and Community Manager!
• Community Growth and Creative Engagement:
• Work with brand teams to create and execute creative online and offline brand communications campaigns and community engagement initiatives
• Work closely with the marketing team to define and realize the brands' broader image, persona, and "universe" - from its look to its physical hallmarks to its values and all in between!
• Lead customer service response efforts on social media platforms
• Content and media production:
• Create and produce content for company brands across all key social media platforms (FB, IG, Tik Tok, etc.), and strategic commercial channels (website, newsletter, physical stores, etc.) with creative team
• Provide key creative and logistics support for major marketing initiatives e.g. PR campaigns, newsletter blasts, and major digital marketing campaigns (FB ads, Tik Tok livestreams, etc.)
• Oversee and maintain major content and communications calendars and social media performance reports
• Knowledge and capacity-building:
• Update teams on the latest relevant online and offline industry creative and marketing trends and analyses
• Support E-Commerce team in the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Oversee the build-up (i.e. proposal, hiring, training, and development) of interns and full-time staff to help build up the company’s digital marketing, live selling, and content production capabilities
