- Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the excellence of our final products.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of more than 10 employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular production reports to the head office, providing insights into production progress and addressing any challenges.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to synchronize the delivery of raw materials and shipment of finished products.
- Production Planning: Work closely with the production planning team to align production schedules with market demand and inventory levels.
