SUMMARY:

The Training and Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring the company maintains and adheres to vehicle engineering maintenance policies, procedures & standards and effectively monitors adherence through regular audits to ensure compliance as well as providing an engineering training service to the Singapore engineering function and assisting in the specification of new vehicles and components, working with the manufacturers to ensure the correct product is delivered on time, to specification and is fit for purpose. • Participate in change management, release management, and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support, Application Support, Infrastructure Support, or System Administration.

• Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications and business-critical systems.

• Experience administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory.

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, preferably Hyper-V.

• Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LAN/WAN technologies.

• Experience supporting security technologies such as Fortinet and Cisco solutions.

• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services including EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM.

• Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.

• Understanding of ITIL best practices and SLA-driven support environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification.

• Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, or Fortinet certifications.

• Experience supporting enterprise environments within engineering, manufacturing, marine, or industrial sectors.

• Exposure to automation and scripting tools will be advantageous.
