The person will be working with business users closely to
- Understand the problem-statement
- Self-Engage in discovery sessions (do own homework and research on business use-case, data sets, interface systems, etc.)
- Analyse the requirements, design and develop an end-to-end product using Claude Design tools and demonstrate to seek business endorsement
- Work with development team to operationalize the implementation
- Operate confidently at senior stakeholder levels: Communicate clearly, concisely, and with authority when engaging MD–level stakeholders.
- Hold their ground in high-intensity forums: Be able to articulate views with facts, define decisions based on assessment, and engage constructively in challenging discussions— such as review meetings with senior leaders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
