We are seeking an experienced M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer to support the execution of building services projects across commercial and industrial developments. The successful candidate will be involved in the full project lifecycle — from engineering coordination and design review through to site supervision and commissioning.

Candidates with experience in Singapore building M&E projects are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate M&E engineering drawings, technical submissions, and specifications

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent
• Minimum 6–7 years of relevant M&E building project experience in Singapore
• Familiar with ACMV, electrical power and lighting, fire protection and alarm, plumbing and sanitary, and ELV systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM and CSD coordination preferred
• Sound knowledge of local codes of practice and authority submission requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction andstructural works are carried out in accordance with project specifications,approved drawings, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The roleinvolves implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections,managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company Quality ManagementSystems (QMS).

1. Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and

Quality Control (QC) procedures for construction projects.

corrective and preventive actions.

9. Follow up on rectification works and verify closure of quality-related

issues.
10. Coordinate with project teams, site supervisors, engineers, and

subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are met.

11. Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure compliance with

quality standards and project requirements.

12. Attend project meetings and provide updates on quality matters.

13. Support project handover activities and preparation of quality

dossiers and as-built documentation.
