Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Design & Visualization

Prepare and develop high-quality 3D drawings and visualizations for the exterior façade based on project requirements.

Assist in developing design concepts and presentation visuals.

2. 2D Drawings Support (as and when required by management, and not on a daily or frequent basis.)

Produce and assist in 2D drawings using AutoCAD, including layout plans.

3. Project Coordination (as and when required by management, and not on a daily or frequent basis.

Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure design alignment with project specifications.

Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Assist in the preparation of presentation and reports for client meetings. (as and when required by management, and not on a daily or frequent basis.)

Prepare presentation slides, videos, and 3D for proposals.

Present design ideas and proposals confidently in English.

4. Site & Progress Monitoring: Attend site visits as and when required by man agement, and not on a daily or frequent basis.

Attend site visits when required to monitor progress, verify design implementation, and gather site information.

Prepare monthly site reports for progress meetings.

Prepare monthly progress reports on design and project development status.

Willing to travel outstation as required.

1. Reka Bentuk & Visualisasi 3D

Menyediakan dan membangunkan lukisan dan visualisasi 3D berkualiti tinggi untuk bahagian hadapan luaran berdasarkan keperluan projek.

Membantu dalam membangunkan konsep reka bentuk dan visual persembahan.

2. Sokongan Lukisan 2D (apabila diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan, dan bukan setiap hari atau kerap.)

Menghasilkan dan membantu dalam lukisan 2D menggunakan AutoCAD, termasuk pelan susun atur.

3. Penyelarasan Projek (apabila dan apabila diperlukan oleh pihak pengurusan, dan bukan secara harian atau kerap.

Menyelaras dengan pasukan dalaman dan perunding untuk memastikan keselarasan reka bentuk dengan spesifikasi projek.

Menghadiri mesyuarat dengan pelanggan, perunding dan pasukan dalaman.

Menyediakan laporan bulanan tapak untuk mesyuarat kemajuan.

Bersedia untuk melancong ke luar bandar jika diperlukan.

Memastikan dokumentasi, pemfailan dan penyimpanan rekod lukisan dan dokumen berkaitan projek yang betul.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Produce creative 2D and 3D design concepts based on client requirements for exhibitions, roadshows, events, retail environments, construction, and interior design projects.

• Interpret client briefs and translate their requirements into clear, well-developed design drafts and proposals.

• Present design concepts through impactful and visually compelling illustrations to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders and audiences.

• Utilize 3D modelling, texturing, mapping, and rendering techniques to create high-quality graphics, visual effects, and animations.

• Analyze project requirements and contribute innovative and practical design ideas during the conceptual development stage.

• Receive and incorporate feedback from directors, project leads, designers, and clients, making revisions to improve and finalize design outputs.

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation as required, and manage design development from concept to completion when necessary.

• Support the production team in on-site inspections, event setups, or physical installations as needed.

• Troubleshoot design and production issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, safety standards, and relevant industry regulations.

• Ensure timely completion of design deliverables in accordance with project schedules and deadlines

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, 3D Design, or a related creative field
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in 3D design, preferably within the events or experiential design industry.
• Mandarin speaking required to deal with clients.

What You’ll Do

This role is for a designer who thinks beyond visuals—someone who builds worlds, not just layouts.

• Conceptualise and develop compelling creative directions, thematic storytelling, key visuals, graphics, and spatial design solutions for events, exhibitions, retail activations, festive campaigns, and experiential projects

• Research market trends, materials, audience behaviour, and brand positioning to inform strong and relevant creative ideation

• Create high-quality 3D visualisations, renderings, mood boards, and presentation decks using Autodesk software and Adobe Creative Suite

• Design immersive spatial experiences that elevate engagement, interaction, and brand storytelling

• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, project teams, sales, production, and external vendors to ensure creative intent is fully realised within practical constraints

• Develop production-ready drawings, print-ready artwork, and digital assets for fabrication and execution

• Ensure all outputs remain consistent with brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and campaign messaging

• Review design, materials, and production outputs to maintain accuracy, quality, and execution standards

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisation, time management, and deadline discipline

• Maintain structured documentation and organised archiving of all creative assets and project files

• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative development discussions to push ideas further

What You Bring

• Strong proficiency in 3D visualisation using Autodesk tools (including Navisworks)
