Job Description

• Supervise building works stipulated in Building Control Act, maintain quality control, and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and site instructions given by the project consultants ;
• Ensure contractors execute works in compliance with prevailing Singapore building codes & regulations ;
• Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance with required standards ;
• Check drawings and specifications for any discrepancies and inform the consultants ;
• Attend meetings with project consultants and client ;
• Prepare progress reports for the project;

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering
• Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for Housing Development Board (HDB) projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Team in BIM preparation;
• Assist Project Team to prepare BIM models &drawings for tender & construction;
• Assist Project Team in compliance with Building codes and Regulations;
• Assist Project Team to update BIM drawings throughout the project duration.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture
• Fresh Graduate preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in design development and documentation of local projects
• Liaise with local authorities on requirements and compliance
• Lead and coordinate with Consultants’ team in implementing project
• Assist QP in carrying out project supervision

Job Requirements:

• Possess good design and detailing skills
• Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp and Revit
• Familiar with local codes and regulations
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadline
• Degree in Architecture from a university recognized by BOA with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare BIM e-submission drawings to authorities
• Coordinate BIM drawings with Consultants and Contractors.
• Perform correct BIM modelling practices for documentation and authority submission
• Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building code / regulations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Proficient in Revit
• Experience in BIM e-submission to authority
• Experience in preparing construction drawings
