This is long term work with project duration is 48 months

For PeopleSoft related skill, the personnel shall have:

4.2.1 At least 3 years of experience in developing and/or maintaining PeopleSoft system.

4.2.2 Hands-on experience on most of the essential tools such as Structured Query Reporter (SQR), PeopleSoft Query, Peoplecode, SQL, Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, Fluid Interface.

4.2.3 Knowledge and experience on PeopleSoft branding customization and landing page design would be an added advantage.

4.2.4 Good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions would be an added advantage.

4.2.5 Experience with PeopleTools upgrades would be an added advantage.

4.2.6 Knowledge and experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Oracle and Microsoft products such as Excel, etc. would be an added advantage.

The Tenderer’s personnel shall have:

4.1.2 Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized.

Provide IT consulting support for the planning, implementation, and optimization of enterprise technology solutions.

Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend effective, scalable, and secure IT systems.

Work closely with infrastructure, application, network, security, and project teams to support end-to-end delivery.

Prepare technical documentation, solution recommendations, system assessments, and implementation plans.

Support system integration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation issue resolution across IT environments.

Identify technology risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, stakeholder management, and project support is highly preferred.

Support PMO functions for banking projects with strong experience in contracts, commercial proposals, and documentation management.

Prepare, review, and track project contracts, statements of work, proposal documents, and related approvals.

Coordinate with business, legal, procurement, finance, and delivery teams to ensure contractual and commercial alignment.

Maintain accurate records of contract status, proposal submissions, renewals, amendments, and project obligations.

Assist in budget tracking, commercial governance, and reporting across multiple banking workstreams.

Ensure all proposal and contract activities comply with internal controls, banking standards, and client requirements.

Prior PMO experience in banking or financial services with strong exposure to contracts and proposals is strongly preferred.

Support PMO activities for banking projects with strong focus on invoicing, billing control, and financial tracking.

Manage invoice validation, submission tracking, reconciliation, and follow-up with internal teams and vendors.

Ensure billing is aligned with approved budgets, project milestones, and contractual terms.

Work closely with finance, procurement, project managers, and banking stakeholders to maintain accurate records.

Prepare invoicing reports, cost summaries, and management dashboards for governance and review.

Handle large datasets confidently and identify discrepancies, delays, or financial risks in a timely manner.

Prior PMO experience in banking or financial services with strong invoicing knowledge is strongly preferred.

Support PMO activities for banking projects with strong experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial governance.

Manage project budgets, track actuals versus forecast, and monitor spend across multiple banking workstreams.

Prepare budget reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards for project and management review.

Work closely with finance, procurement, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure budget accuracy.

Identify budget risks, cost overruns, and financial gaps, and support timely corrective actions.

Maintain budget baselines, approvals, and supporting documentation in line with banking governance standards.

Prior PMO experience in banking or financial services with strong budgeting exposure is strongly preferred.
