• Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation: Source Request for Quotations (RFQs) and negotiate with both existing and new vendors to get the best value.

• Financial Accuracy: Execute accurate Goods Receipt (GR) processes and relentlessly track PO approvals, sending friendly reminders to approvers to prevent bottlenecks.

Compliance & Sustainability Support

• Environmental Operations: Play a key role in our sustainability efforts by conducting daily updates on our Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations and managing the replenishment of WWTP and DI chemicals.

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and messages across various platforms.

• Address and resolve customer complaints by identifying solutions within defined timelines and ensuring proper follow-up.

• Accurately document customer interactions, process transactions, and track daily issues or requests.

• Adhere to internal communication protocols, guidelines, and company policies at all times.

• Able to work extra hours

• Able to communicate with all level from Management, client, co-workers

Requirements

• Achieve at least SPM education.

• Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields ( Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison ) is an added advantage, but not essential

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• This position strictly requires fluency in Mandarin (speaking, writing, and typing).

• Possess strong communication skills through online platforms (chat, email, messaging apps, ).

• Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word ).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
