1. Ensure an uninterrupted supply of assignedproducts and countries with higher complexity or revenue by solving operationalsupply issues and steering the collaboration with external partners.
2. Lead the organization through change initiativesrelated to supply planning, ensuring successful adoption of new processes andtools that align with DSO principles.
3. Supply capabilities focus:-
· Monitor inventory levels at affiliate locationsand ensure adherence to inventory targets and perform in-depth analysis toidentify trends and opportunities by developing and monitoring short termsupply plans in close collaboration with Country/Customer Stakeholders,Internal Packaging Sites and External Manufacturing.
· Exception-based management of operational supplyissues, such as out of stock events or overstocking as well as support theprioritization and allocation in supply bottleneck situations.
· Define and control required bridging stocklevels due to country-specific events.
· Initiate and check customer master datamaintenance including consistent planning parameters for replenishmentprocesses.
· Oversee inventory impacts of lifecycle events.
· Develop and implement supply chain strategiesthat align with organizational goals, utilizing a visionary approach toanticipate market trends and drive innovation within the supply planningfunction.
4. Change capabilities focus:- Responsible forplanning local re-packing activities of imported goods, local change managementand align with local regulatory.
· Ensure GxP-compliance by managing productchanges according to supply needs and local regulatory requirements.
· Ensure the execution of changes by assessingregulatory requirements, defining implementation strategy and workflow,assigning work packages to functions and scheduling due dates.
· Adaption of implementation strategy,prioritization of work and escalation in case of deviations during the changeexecution.
· Initiate and check material master datamaintenance including consistent planning parameters for replenishmentprocesses.
· Coordinate with regulatory, commercial, marketaccess teams, demand planning and quality teams to develop a local or regionallaunch and lifecycle strategy.
· Proactively collaborate with global counterpartsto develop a lifecycle strategy that minimizes local and regional registration,filing, and packaging costs.
