• Coordinate end-to-end shipments (air, sea, land) for local and export orders
• Prepare and process shipping & customs documentation (invoice, packing list, permits, etc.)
• Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PL, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies proactively
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation filing
