About the Role

The Senior Executive, Risk Management, Compliance & Internal Audit is responsible for supporting the company’s governance, risk management, compliance, certification, and internal audit activities to ensure effective internal control, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The role will coordinate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), internal audits, regulatory compliance, ISO and Halal certification activities, and support management in strengthening governance and risk mitigation practices.

• Liaise with government authorities, certification bodies, consultants, and external parties for compliance-related matters where required.

• Maintain proper filing and records for licenses, permits, certifications, and regulatory documents.

Role & Responsibilities

In this dynamic hands-on role, you will report to Associate Director of Compliance and Risk and collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise risk management and compliance related activities ensuring sound risk and governance across the organisation including areas of overall workplace safety and data protection.

1) Compliance and Risk

• Assist in the development and enhancement of enterprise risk management framework, risk and compliance policies and procedures

• Assist in the development and periodic review of risk appetite statements, risk thresholds, Key Risk Indicators and emerging risks

• Collaborate with risk owners to conduct regular risk assessments; facilitate risk analysis and assessments and propose suitable mitigations when required

• Maintain active oversight of the organisation’s compliance program & calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders on timely regulatory submissions and reporting

• Carry out regular group compliance reviews through audits, assessment and control testing

• Monitor, evaluate, assess the impact of new or updated statutory and regulatory developments

• Investigate, manage and follow up on matters related to non-compliance incidents/breaches and ensure appropriate mitigations are in place

• Work with the relevant internal stakeholders on the improvement to processes and systems when required

• Collaborate with risk & compliance owners/representatives in preparation of various risk and compliance reports to senior management, Board and regulators (if applicable), highlighting key risk exposures, potential issues, and mitigation strategies

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of risk and compliance management programs and initiatives across the group

• Act as a liaison between various departments and business units to provide guidance & support and ensure alignment of risk management and compliance efforts

• Take charge and manage incident reporting channel; maintain active oversight on the reported incidents and oversee the effective closure of actions; escalate to senior management and key stakeholders when required

• Organise Risk Management meetings and perform secretariat duties as well as administrative duties where required

2) Data Protection (PDPA)

• Support the DPO/Associate Director in the review and implementation of PDPA act within the organisation

• Monitor and review PDPA non-compliance and/or lapses and provide solutions and mitigating plans to prevent re-occurrence

• Conduct PDPA updates and training (where necessary)

• Attend to matters as assigned by DPO/Associate Director

Qualifications, Competencies & Experience

• Minimum diploma holder and above in a related field of study

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on relevant working experience in a compliance and/or risk management role including experience in an external or internal audit capacity

• Preferably hold data protection certifications and/or has strong knowledge of PDPA obligations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to provide sound advice to stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & data analytics and AI tools to support work

Role Purpose

To assist the Compliance Manager in development and maintenance of Swire Bulk’s policies and procedures while strengthening the overall compliance awareness and culture in the Company.

Role Accountabilities

Compliance

• Support the Compliance Manager to design, implement, review, and update Compliance policies and procedures aligned with JS&SL Level requirements. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of documented controls, identify gaps, and recommend pragmatic enhancements to strengthen governance and risk mitigation.
• Support the accuracy and currency of the policy repository by updating, administering, and maintaining policies and procedures within the Company’s Policy Management System. Ensure version control, proper indexing, retrieval readiness, and audit traceability, and coordinate timely updates with relevant policy owners when revisions are required.
• Support Compliance Manager in driving compliance awareness and culture-building initiatives across the Group and global offices by contributing to the design and rollout of compliance communications and training. Develop training materials, coordinate workshops/briefings, deliver or support facilitation, and tailor messaging to promote practical adoption of compliance expectations.
• Perform first-line compliance screening for vendor onboarding by executing vendor due diligence checks including compliance screening and sanctions checks as part of the vendor onboarding workstream. Identify red flags, document screening outcomes, escalate exceptions, and support remediation actions to ensure onboarding decisions are risk-informed and defensible.
• Support and strengthen Counterparty KYC and sanctions screening workflows by assisting the Compliance Manager in oversight activities, ensuring that KYC documentation and screening results are complete, properly reviewed, and aligned with internal requirements. Monitor follow-ups, support issue resolution, and help maintain workflow consistency across stakeholders.
• Serve as a key point of coordination with internal stakeholders on compliance and data protection matters, providing advisory support on policy interpretation, controls expectations, and day-to-day compliance/data protection queries. Guide stakeholders on risk-aware decision making, escalate material concerns when needed, and contribute to consistent application of compliance standards across functions and locations.
• Support audit readiness and audit execution by assisting in the management of internal audits, including coordinating document requests, evidence collation, stakeholder scheduling, and response tracking. Help ensure timely closure of audit actions and support follow-up on remediation plans where applicable.
• Lead or contribute to ad-hoc projects on process improvement and controls assessment by mapping workflows, identifying control weaknesses or inefficiencies, and supporting implementation of improvements. Summary

The Compliance Officer will be a key member ofMoolahgo's compliance function, working closely with senior leadership andexternal advisors to operationalise the company's compliance framework. Thisrole is suited to a hands-on compliance professional with solid MAS regulatoryknowledge and experience in payments or fintech. The successful candidate willhelp ensure that Moolahgo's operations, products, and processes remain alignedwith applicable laws and MAS requirements, including those attached to our MPI license.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

• Monitor and implement requirements under the Payment Services Act (PSA), MAS Notices, Guidelines, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain and update Moolahgo's compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls in response to regulatory developments.
• Manage correspondence and reporting obligations with MAS, including license conditions, regulatory submissions, and queries.
• Support the company's response to MAS inspections, audits, and supervisory reviews.

AML /CFT

• Oversee and enhance Moolahgo's AML/CFT programme, including policies, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening.
• Conduct and review customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes for onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Investigate alerts and escalate suspicious transactions; prepare and file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to the Suspicious Transaction Reporting Office (STRO) where required.
• Ensure the company meets MAS Notice PSN01 (AML/CFT for licensed payment service providers) and related obligations.

Product& Business Support

• Provide compliance advisory to product, operations, and business development teams on new products, features, and partnerships — including digital payment tokens (DPT)integrations and virtual account services.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments for new product launches and third-party arrangements.
• Review and advise on contractual terms and agreements (e.g. merchant agreements, partner T&Cs) from a compliance perspective.

Internal Audit & Controls

• Support the Internal AuditFunction (IAF), including coordination with any co-sourced or seconded auditresources.
• Track and manage compliance findings, recommendations, and remediation timelines.
• Prepare managementreporting on compliance metrics, incidents, and programme status.

Training& Culture

• Deliver or coordinate AML/CFT and regulatory compliance training for staff.
• Foster a culture ofcompliance awareness across the organisation.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of complianceexperience in a licensed financial institution, payment service provider, orfintech company regulated by MAS.
• Solid working knowledge of the Payment Services Act, MAS AML/CFT Notices and Guidelines, and the broader Singapore regulatory framework.
• Hands-on experience with AML/CFT operations: transaction monitoring, CDD/EDD, STR filing.
• Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Professional certifications (e.g. CAMS, ICA, ACAMS) are an advantage.
• The proficiency in Mandarin language is required as the position involves communicating with compliance counterparts in China.

We are seeking for a Senior Manager, Compliance to

• lead and oversee the provision of strategic compliance advisory and second line oversight across AIAIM’s regulated activities, including the interpretation and implementation of current and emerging regulatory requirements,
• execute compliance reviews and monitoring,

Responsibilities

• Advise on current and emerging regulations in Singapore and their impact on AIAIM’s activities.  Such regulations include: licensing, business conduct, dealing in capital markets products, fund management, advising on investment products (under the SFA and FAA), AML/CFT, Economic Sanctions, funds offering and advertising requirements, outsourcing, personal data protection, derivatives reporting, substantial shareholding reporting.
• Conduct compliance reviews of processes in equities, fixed income, trading, alternative investments, real estate investments, research and derivatives businesses to ensure AIAIM operate within legal and regulatory boundaries.

Requirements

• Degree holder with over 10 years of regulatory compliance experience in the asset management sector; Experience and exposure in investment funds (e.g., UCITS Luxembourg SICAV or Variable Capital Companies) and local personal data privacy regulations preferred but not essential.
• Familiar with compliance and monitoring coverage across Equities, Fixed Income, Trading, Alternative & Real Estate Investment, Research and Derivatives businesses.
• Working experience in regulatory supervision, audit, compliance, legal, governance and/or risk management in financial services or professional services firms or regulators would be helpful.
