What you will own:
Receiving written material requests from one approved requester per site. Checking specifications against drawings or QS confirmation. Obtaining minimum two price comparisons for every order. What you must bring:
Minimum 2–3 years procurement or purchasing experience in Singapore construction. Organised, systematic, and process-driven. Familiar with construction materials — RC, architectural finishes, M&E components. Comfortable dealing with suppliers and negotiating prices. Fluent written English for purchase orders and supplier communication.
