We are looking for a highly experienced Printing Assistant with extensive expertise in offset printing operations and exceptional color accuracy skills to be part of our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Lead and supervise offset printing operations (Ryobi / RMGT).
- Ensure printing quality meets company and customer standards.
- Monitor machine setup, color matching, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate daily production schedules to meet production deadlines.
- Train, guide, and monitor printing operators.
- Troubleshoot machine and printing issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in offset printing.
- Hands-on experience with Ryobi and/or RMGT offset printing machines.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, color control, and printing materials.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a team.
- Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work overtime or shifts when require
