Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, and company website).
• Monitor online sales performance, pricing, stock levels, and promotional campaigns.
• Process online orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely fulfilment.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews professionally.

Marketing

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing content for social media, e-commerce platforms, and promotional materials.
• Support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Track and analyze marketing results and prepare simple reports.

Operations Coordination

• Liaise closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment when required.
• Handle and resolve order-related issues efficiently.

Customer Service

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and e-commerce chat platforms.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Able to speak and write Mandarin and English. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce, marketing, or customer service.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Social Media & Videographer Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Videographer Intern to join our team. You’ll play a key role in creating engaging video content, growing our social media presence, and bringing our brand story to life across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands social media trends, and is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Plan, create, and publish short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt viral formats into content
• Assist in managing social media accounts (posting, captions, basic engagement)

Videography & Editing

• Film high-quality video content using smartphone or camera equipment
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
• Ensure content is optimized for each platform (format, timing, hooks)
• Maintain consistent visual style and branding

On-Camera Presence

• Confidently appear on camera when required (product demos, storytelling, lifestyle content)
• Collaborate with the team to execute creative ideas and campaigns

Creative & Marketing Support

• Brainstorm and contribute ideas for campaigns and content series
• Support product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling initiatives
• Assist with basic photography or behind-the-scenes content when needed
