Job Summary

You will support daily project coordination and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution and accurate documentation within the company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing projects by providing administrative support to ensure timely completion
• Manage pantry orders, stationery supplies, and Taobao purchases to maintain office resources
• Schedule and coordinate office maintenance activities, including aircon servicing and cleaning, to ensure a well-maintained work environment
• Organize and coordinate schedules, meetings, and site appointments for project teams as needed
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate project documents and records for easy retrieval and audit readiness
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate clear and professional communication
• Track project progress and update reports to reflect current status and milestones
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic project documentation to support finance operations when required
• Ensure all paperwork is properly filed, updated, and accessible for audit and reference purposes
• Support Finance and HR departments with filing, organizing, and simple data entry tasks as needed
• Adapt to potential role changes, including transition to Admin Executive or Personal Assistant positions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic administrative or project coordination experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneNote
• Communicate clearly and professionally with multiple stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
• Organize multiple tasks and maintain detailed records to support project and office operations
• Multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work
• Singaporean, Permanent Resident, or Long-Term Visit Pass holder preferred

Working Hours

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary

• SGD $1800 – $2500 per month (basic), depending on experience

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting project teams with guidance from senior architects/architects/associates

Responsibilities

Assist the project team to complete projects on time, on budget and according to client and

authority’s requirements

Assist multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion under guidance

Assist in the production of all drawings & BIM Model development required by the project including production of BIM Model, Submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination, construction drawing, as-built etc

Make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted and liaise with authority for all submission matters as required under the supervision of seniors

• Processing of work pass applications/renewals/cancellations (WPOL/EPOL/MYE) and liaise with relevant authorities/embassies on foreign workers related matters.

• Manage recruitment for office including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.

• New employee's on-boarding, new staff orientation, benefits administration, performance management and exit process.

Candidates must be committed to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels and to developing and maintaining an active research program.

Job Summary

An Interior Design Drafter in Singapore mainly produces detailed technical drawings, supports designers, and ensures designs can be built correctly on site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and joinery/carpentry details such as cabinets and counters
• Produce shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings after project completion
• Translate interior designers’ concepts, sketches, or mood boards into accurate, buildable CAD drawings
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and drawing clashes
• Modify and update drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and design changes while maintaining version control and documentation
• Conduct site visits to take measurements, verify existing conditions, and ensure drawings align with actual construction
