About the Opportunity

Liquid Group is expanding its Product Committee capabilities and is hiring for two strategic product leadership roles supporting the growth of its regional payment ecosystem platforms:

• RoamQR – interoperable QR and cross-border payment network ecosystem
• LiquidPay – digital wallet and consumer payment ecosystem platform

These roles will support the continued expansion of Liquid Group’s payment ecosystem capabilities across issuers, acquirers, merchants, wallets, consumers, and regional payment partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

• Define and drive product roadmap priorities aligned to business growth objectives and ecosystem requirements.
• Evaluate market opportunities, competitive positioning, and evolving payment ecosystem developments across regional markets.
• Ensure product capabilities remain commercially viable, scalable, and aligned with ecosystem and market needs.

2. Product Development & Governance

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle governance from ideation, prioritization, development coordination, UAT readiness, release deployment, through to adoption monitoring.
• Translate business, operational, and ecosystem requirements into clear product specifications and development priorities.
• Work closely with Technology and Product teams to oversee feature development, enhancement delivery, and release planning.

3. Product Research & Solution Development

• Conduct market research, ecosystem analysis, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarking across payment ecosystems and digital platforms.
• Perform product feasibility assessments and solution validation with internal technology, operations, and external ecosystem partners.
• Identify new product enhancements, ecosystem opportunities, interoperability initiatives, and market expansion use cases.
• Prepare and manage BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and product documentation to support development and operational readiness.
• Validate product-market fit and ecosystem adoption potential through partner engagement, market feedback, and transaction performance analysis.

4. Ecosystem & Commercial Alignment

• Partner with ACT (Activation, Conversion & Transactions), Commercial, and Ecosystem Enablement teams to support transaction growth, merchant participation, ecosystem adoption, and network utilization objectives.
• Collaborate with issuers, acquirers, merchants, wallet ecosystems, payment partners, and regional stakeholders to understand market expectations and operational requirements.
• Drive product usability, interoperability readiness, ecosystem integration improvements, and payment experience optimization.
• Support strategic discussions around ecosystem expansion, partner integrations, corridor growth, and payment ecosystem innovation.

5. Product Commercialization & Adoption

• Ensure new features and capabilities are commercially positionable, operationally deployable, and adoptable by participating ecosystem stakeholders.
• Work with Growth, Activation, and Ecosystem Enablement teams to support rollout strategies, ecosystem adoption initiatives, and transaction activation programs.
• Monitor feature utilization, transaction performance, user engagement trends, merchant participation, and ecosystem adoption metrics.
• Identify gaps impacting product usage, ecosystem participation, or transaction conversion and drive improvement initiatives accordingly.
• Develop product positioning materials, capability decks, use-case documentation, and launch collateral to support ecosystem adoption and commercial engagement.
• Support sales enablement, partner presentations, ecosystem education, and product awareness initiatives across participating markets.

6. Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a key product lead across internal business units and external ecosystem stakeholders.
• Coordinate across Product Committee members, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Commercial, and Support functions to ensure alignment.
• Present roadmap updates, product priorities, ecosystem developments, and enhancement recommendations to senior management stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, digital payments, fintech, digital wallets, acquiring, QR ecosystems, or financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of digital payments, QR ecosystems, acquiring models, digital wallets, merchant ecosystems, transaction flows, and payment network structures.

Job Summary

The Production Engineer supports and optimizes daily electroplating operations to ensure consistent product quality, efficient production flow, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires strong knowledge of plating processes, chemical bath control, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Parameter Control

• Perform daily checks on all process parameters (temperature, pH, current, bath levels, flow, pump condition).

• Audit operators to ensure each process step is carried out according to specification and SOP.

• Train operators on proper equipment usage: valve operation, pump priming and air-trap checks, chiller operation, and basic line troubleshooting.

• Ensure timely correction actions when deviations are found.

2. Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities to improve loading efficiency (fixture design, part orientation, racking method).

• Work with Production and Process Engineering to increase throughput and reduce bottlenecks.

• Support improvements on cycle time, workflow, and chemical usage.

3. Quality Troubleshooting

4. Equipment & Line Readiness

• Support preventive maintenance activities for pumps, agitators, rectifiers, chillers, filtration systems, and plating/anodizing tanks.

• Ensure calibration of basic instruments (pH meter, conductivity, thickness gauges) is done on time.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Complete production forms, bath check sheets, process logs, and operator audit records accurately.

• Update SOPs and work instructions when process changes occur.

• Prepare daily reports on process status, defects, and deviations.

6. Safety & Environmental Compliance

• Ensure safe handling of parts, chemicals, jigs, and equipment.

• Follow SDS and internal EHS requirements for chemical storage and disposal.

Qualifications

About the role

• Scouts and reports new product ideas and innovation with the goal to enhance the product and service portfolio
• Provides support  for AFC model introduction (launching, demo, Semi shows)
• Conducts feasibility studies and sample bonding
• Engages in R&D projects during product definition / requirement engineering, In-house and customer testing
• Collaborate with R&D in defining new features and CIP requirements; both software and hardware
• Participation in the development of new or the extension of existing hardware and software modules according to current or future customer requirements (analysis, modelling, calculation, measurement, qualification)
• Carry out internal acceptance test of new features and CIP developed by R&D
• Builds-up technical know-how on product / problem solving via structured knowledge transfer between the Product Line, the R&D team and the different regional support centers
• Defines SW requirements (JIRA) for new modules and features (Requirement Engineering)

Pre- & After Sales Support

• Conducts evaluations, benchmarks and demos
• Support Sales and CPMs during Pre-Sales activities
• Establishes good customer relationship on technical level with all key accounts assigned
• Provides Technical Info and Updates to CPMs and Sales

Technical Support, 2nd Level support

• Coordinates and provides technical solutions / problems solving on customer issues in collaboration with Field Service Engineer in Asia (2nd level support)
• Investigates issues at customer site and supports Engineering team (Software & Hardware) for fast and short time to solution

Know How Transfer

• Troubleshoots and maintains demo equipment if necessary
• Conducts training on existing and future FC platforms to FSE’s and customers
• Supports Documentation and Manual writing activities
• Travel requirement

Position Summary

The Engineer, Product Development is responsible for the development and establishment of new product and transfer process into production.

Responsibilities

• New product development as requested by customer and internal roadmap, and transfer into production
• New material, process & machine development and qualification, and transfer into production
• Troubleshoot process issues and improve process capabilities, yield and cycle time from customer NPI stage to LVM/HVM stage.
• Establish, review and update specifications, workflow, quality and safety related documentation for new products and transfer to production line.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendor/suppliers on process issue or quality issue.
• Support customer NPI activities and internal engineering activities.
• Handle and manage customer audits and 8D reports.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science, Microelectronics, Electrical, Chemical engineering or similar disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in product development or NPI work in area of Wafer-level Fanout packaging production line or LCD/FPD production line, focusing on processes such as:

1. Die Preparation/ Recon
2. Lithography

• Knowledge in process engineering, process control engineering and yield enhancement
• Experience in DOE, FMEA, and 8D reports
