• Supervise works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation/testing & commissioning (T&C) check sheets, progress reports, and related documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on shop drawing preparation and submission
• Prepare and coordinate technical submissions with suppliers and subcontractors
• Support the Project Manager in procurement and negotiation of materials, equipment, and manpower within approved budget
• Conduct technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site and engineering issues
• Liaise with authorities, subcontractors, and clients on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning requirements

Job Requirements

• Experience in Data Center projects or Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) preferred
• Mechanical knowledge in VAV, VRV systems, cooling towers, chillers, chilled water piping, and A&A works
• Electrical knowledge in retrofit works, renovation projects, lighting control systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
