• Prepare analysis reports containing milestone progress status, critical issues affecting project completion, resource loading plans, project recovery plans, and extension of time claims
• Monitor progress closely and highlight any potential delays in achieving project milestones to proactively address issues
• Inform, highlight, and advise Project Manager/ Project Director if there are any indications of potential delays to the project
• Prepare project progress S-Curves and rolling programs (1/3/6 months) to visualise project timelines and resource allocations
• Generate and update weekly and monthly project progress reports that include program analysis, accomplishment reports, photographic records, status of the critical path, and recommendations for timely project completion
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and methodologies within the team
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Preferably with a Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering/ Construction or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices
• Computer literate with proficiency in planning software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, P6 Primavera
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work as a team and proactive
• LTA experience will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to submit and secure approval for materials and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Develop, implement, and monitor site work plans and schedules to achieve project milestones efficiently
• Enforce adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards, to maintain a compliant and secure work environment
• Prepare permit applications and environmental impact statements to facilitate regulatory approvals
• Coordinate inspection activities to verify quality and compliance of site works
• Diagnose and resolve engineering and technical issues promptly to minimize project delays
• Oversee site safety protocols and ensure proper execution of site work procedures to protect personnel and assets
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractor activities to align with project timelines and quality standards
• Execute additional duties as assigned to support overall project success

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience demonstrating ability to manage site operations independently
