A Day in the Life:
·        Produce and manage detailed technical and construction drawing packages, including plans, elevations, sections, and large-scale details
·        Translate design concepts into technically feasible solutions, ensuring buildability and cost-efficiency
·        Review and coordinate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical submissions from contractors and vendors
·        Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements
·        Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to resolve technical issues and discrepancies
·        Monitor progress on site and take responsibility for design quality, accuracy and overall user experience.
·        Manage drawing revisions, version control, and as-built documentation
·        Identify potential technical risks and propose practical solutions during design development and construction stages
·        Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, ensuring drawing accuracy and consistency
·        Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
What We Are Looking For:
·        Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or any related field
·        5–8 years of relevant experience in interior design, with a strong focus on technical detailing and construction documentation
·        Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other BIM tools is an advantage
·        Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and detailing practices
·        Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and submission processes
·        Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
·        Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
·        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
·        Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for interior design
