1. Reka Bentuk dan Kejuruteraan Proses
Membangunkan penyelesaian proses untuk air tulen, air ultra tulen (UPW), rawatan air sisa dan sistem penambakan air berdasarkan keperluan pelanggan dan data kualiti air.
Menilai dan mengoptimumkan proses rawatan untuk mencapai objektif teknikal dan ekonomi.
Sediakan Gambarajah Aliran Proses (PFD), Gambarajah Perpaipan & Instrumentasi (P&ID) dan dokumen reka bentuk proses.
Melakukan pengiraan kejuruteraan, termasuk:
Pengiraan imbangan air
Pengiraan dos kimia
Reka bentuk sistem membran
Pengiraan saiz tangki
Pengiraan hidraulik
Pengiraan penjanaan enapcemar
2. Pemilihan Peralatan dan Anggaran Kos
Pilih dan tentukan peralatan rawatan utama, termasuk:
Sistem Osmosis Songsang (RO)
Sistem Ultrafiltrasi (UF)
Sistem elektrodeionisasi (EDI)
Sistem Katil Campuran
Sistem Bioreaktor Membran (MBR)
Sistem Reaktor Biofilm Katil Bergerak (MBBR)
Sistem Pengapungan Udara Terlarut (DAF)
Penapis Tekan
Menyediakan senarai peralatan dan Senarai Bahan (BOM).
Menjalankan anggaran kos projek dan penyediaan bajet.
Berkoordinasi dengan pembekal mengenai spesifikasi teknikal dan sebut harga.
3. Sokongan Teknikal dan Komunikasi Pelanggan
Mengambil bahagian dalam perbincangan teknikal, tinjauan tapak dan mesyuarat pelanggan.
Menyemak dan menganalisis laporan kualiti air dan keperluan rawatan.
Menyediakan cadangan teknikal, spesifikasi teknikal dan dokumen tender.
Memberi sokongan teknikal kepada pasukan jualan dan pembangunan perniagaan.
Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dan mengesyorkan penambahbaikan proses jika perlu.
4. Sokongan Pelaksanaan Projek
Menyediakan penyerahan teknikal dan sokongan kejuruteraan kepada pasukan pelaksana projek.
Menyokong aktiviti perolehan dengan menjelaskan keperluan teknikal.
Membantu dengan pentauliahan sistem, permulaan dan pengoptimuman proses.
Menyelesaikan masalah dan menyelesaikan isu berkaitan proses semasa pelaksanaan dan operasi projek.

1. Process Design and Engineering
Develop process solutions for pure water, ultra-pure water (UPW), wastewater treatment, and water reclamation systems based on client requirements and water quality data.
Evaluate and optimize treatment processes to achieve technical and economic objectives.
Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and process design documents.
Perform engineering calculations, including:
Water balance calculations
Chemical dosing calculations
Membrane system design
Tank sizing calculations
Hydraulic calculations
Sludge generation calculations
2. Equipment Selection and Cost Estimation
Select and specify major treatment equipment, including:
Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
Ultrafiltration (UF) systems
Electrodeionization (EDI) systems
Mixed Bed systems
Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) systems
Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) systems
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems
Filter Presses
Prepare equipment lists and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Conduct project cost estimation and budget preparation.
Coordinate with suppliers on technical specifications and quotations.
3. Technical Support and Client Communication
Participate in technical discussions, site surveys, and client meetings.
Review and analyze water quality reports and treatment requirements.
Prepare technical proposals, technical specifications, and tender documents.
Provide technical support to the sales and business development teams.
Respond to client inquiries and recommend process improvements where necessary.
4. Project Execution Support
Provide technical handover and engineering support to project execution teams.
Support procurement activities by clarifying technical requirements.
Assist with system commissioning, start-up, and process optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues during project implementation and operation.
