Apa yang anda perlukan

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pemasaran atau bidang yang berkaitan.
• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam pembangunan perniagaan atau jualan, sebaik-baiknya menjual SaaS, CRM atau produk teknologi lain.

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for Leaf CRM. This is a product-focused sales role where you will run the full sales cycle for Leaf CRM, from identifying and qualifying leads, to delivering product demos, to closing subscriptions and handing customers over for onboarding. The ideal candidate understands how SaaS and CRM products are bought and sold, communicates clearly, and has a track record of meeting sales targets.

What you will do

• Own the Leaf CRM sales pipeline: Research, identify, and qualify prospects across Malaysia and the wider region, and develop targeted strategies to approach and convert them.
• Run structured outreach campaigns: Work with lead providers and prospect lists to drive consistent outbound activity (cold calls, follow-ups, and book qualified demo appointments.)
• Deliver compelling Leaf CRM demos, lead trial conversations, prepare proposals and contracts, and close monthly and annual subscriptions.
• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively map Leaf CRM features to each prospect's sales and workflow needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention, expansion, and referrals.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships and reseller channels that extend Leaf CRM's reach.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding handoffs and feed market insights back into the product roadmap.
• Represent Leaf CRM at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build the brand and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports on pipeline, sales performance, and market trends.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably selling SaaS, CRM, or other technology products.
• Familiarity with how CRM and lead management tools support sales and marketing teams, and an understanding of the software and enterprise solutions landscape.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong English command
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence demoing software to decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and update progress report (for sub-contractor & for site).
• Establish work scheduling, monitoring and taking pre-cautionary action to anticipate progress delays.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures for on-site execution.
• Handle clarification problem at site or workshop for product to be delivered to client.
• Conduct safety briefing and documentation assessment at site.

1. To head the technical department of Port Klang, Merlimau, Pasir Gudang (thinner blending section) and Ipoh.

2. Supervising Senior Chemist and Chemist on R&D work.

3. Report chemical division research and development to Deputy General Manager and Executive director.

Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to support the full spectrum of accounting functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting and compliance matters.

Candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
• Prepare timely monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform month-end closing activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor and analyse manufacturing costs, including material, labour, and overhead.
• Conduct variance analysis and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper inventory valuation and cost control procedures.
• Manage and ensure compliance with LHDN e-Invoicing requirements, including invoice validation, submission, and monitoring of rejections.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and audit trail for e-Invoices.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Requirements

The Senior Grid System Design Engineer is the technical "Gatekeeper" for our BESS pipeline. This role carries dual responsibility: performing the advanced mathematical simulations required for TNB approval and acting as the primary technical auditor for BESS and PPC hardware suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• BESS Dynamic Modeling: Develop site-specific BESS models including Inverters (PCS), Battery
• Management Systems (BMS), and Power Plant Controllers (PPC). You must accurately model GridForming (GFM) logic, Virtual Inertia, and sub-50ms Fast Frequency Response (FFR).
• Supplier Technical Auditing: Critically review BESS and PPC supplier proposals. You must verify if their stated ramp rates, Round Trip Efficiency (RTE), and control loop latencies are mathematically achievable and compliant with TNB requirements.
• Grid Impact Studies: Lead the execution of Load Flow, Short Circuit, and Transient Stability studies. must specifically address Weak Grid ($SCR < 2.0$) challenges and ensure the BESS does not cause sub-synchronous oscillations.
• TNB Regulatory Representative: Serve as the lead technical representative at TNB GSO (EMS Unit) meetings. You will defend the simulation results and manage the end-to-end Interconnection Agreement (IA) process.
• Harmonic & Power Quality Validation: Perform detailed harmonic resonance studies to identify if a supplier's inverter switching frequency will clash with the local TNB grid impedance.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems or Power Electronics focus).
• Experience: * Minimum 8+ years in utility-scale power systems.
• Direct experience in modeling at least two utility-scale BESS projects (min 10MWh+) in a professional simulation environment.
• A proven track record of at least 3 successful TNB Grid Impact Study (GIS) approvals.
• Professional Status: Must be a Professional Engineer (Ir.) or a high-level Graduate Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• Technical Authority: Ability to demonstrate prior experience in rejecting or correcting supplier technical designs based on simulation findings.
