Job Summary

Join INFRANET TECH SOLUTIONS as a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software. Collaborate across teams to build scalable, maintainable systems while continuously improving development processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions following best practices such as code reviews, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable code
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages such as Java, Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure reliability and performance
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide timely support for production issues
• Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and sprint planning to align development with business goals
• Build and maintain automated tests to validate software functionality and performance
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2–5 years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Go
• Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, React, Angular) or backend services including RESTful APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Understanding of version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Terraform
• Previous experience in specific domains such as e-commerce or healthtech

• Provide support and ensure the stability for POS, Network and Systems
• Provide 1st Level troubleshooting for IT hardware and operational systems
• Manage and ensure effectiveness of Windows and Linux servers
• Ensure servers are up to date with security patches
• Maintaining and upgrading existing infrastructure as required
• Provide guidance and advice to colleagues to maintain best practices for the systems and technologies usage in the company
• Provide adequate monitoring and execution of patch management activity
• Participate in the planning and implementation of systems and technologies for future business needs
• Manage and promote active relationships with key vendors and partners
• Collaborate with vendors, project Leads and users to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or relevant field
• 2- 3 years experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Self-driven and proactive
• L1 network knowledge
