Syarikat ini, anak syarikat Syarikat Tersenarai Awam, merupakan sebuah organisasi yang berpandangan jauh yang mengkhusus dalam penyewaan kereta/kenderaan dan perkhidmatan sokongan perniagaan. Mereka merupakan syarikat penyewaan kenderaan bermotor terkemuka sejak tahun 1985, beroperasi melalui 5 cawangan di seluruh Malaysia dengan lebih daripada 400 kenderaan/trak.

Mengenai peranan/pekerjaan

Peranan ini terutamanya berasaskan pejabat di mana penyandang akan bertanggungjawab menyediakan peranan sokongan pentadbiran kepada keseluruhan operasi perniagaan dan aktiviti jualan. Peranan ini mencabar kerana anda akan mengendalikan pelbagai tanggungjawab daripada menghasilkan dokumen hinggalah kepada memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Kerja ini sesuai untuk individu yang matang dan peramah yang menikmati persekitaran kerja yang sangat pelbagai, serta boleh mengendalikan pelbagai jenis pelanggan dan pembekal dengan mudah.

Keperluan Kerja: profil calon

Calon yang berjaya hendaklah memenuhi kriteria/syarat berikut:

-Wanita Malaysia; matang; pesara yang baru bercita-cita tinggi akan dipertimbangkan sewajarnya.

-Mempunyai kelayakan minimum Diploma dalam disiplin berkaitan perniagaan atau mana-mana disiplin lain.

-Kemahiran komunikasi lisan dan bertulis yang kuat; mesti mahir dalam Bahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Mandarin; Kebolehan bertutur dalam Bahasa Mandarin adalah perlu untuk berinteraksi/berhubung dengan pelanggan perniagaan China di Malaysia.

-Kemahiran komputer pertengahan, termasuk Microsoft Office dan aplikasi internet.

-Mempunyai pendekatan kerja yang fleksibel dan boleh bekerja dengan baik atas inisiatif sendiri.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will own end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of functions, from technology and product to commercial and corporate, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-quality, diverse pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–6 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience who is ready to take on greater ownership, influence hiring strategy, and grow within a fast-paced environment.  

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of roles spanning multiple business functions, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding handover. 

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job briefs, and align on candidate profiles and assessment criteria. 

• Create accurate, engaging, and inclusive job descriptions and advertisements across relevant channels. 

• Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, networking, and creative outreach strategies. 

• Deliver a consistently positive and timely candidate experience at every stage of the process. 

• Conduct initial screening interviews and add structured feedback to our ATS (Workable). 

• Manage offer processes including compensation benchmarking, negotiation support, and pre-boarding communication. 

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on best-practice interviewing and assessment techniques. 

• Provide regular updates on role progress, market insights, and pipeline health. 

• Collaborate with the broader HR team on employer branding, talent programmes, and process improvements. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Workable) throughout the recruitment process. 

• Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and pipeline conversion rates. 

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency and quality of hiring. 

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or in a fast-paced agency environment. 

• Demonstrable experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g. tech, commercial, operations, corporate). 

• Proficiency with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; comfortable working in data-driven recruitment workflows. 

• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, advise, and push back constructively. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. 

• A proactive, ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. 

• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring practices. 

Your responsibilities as Assistant Manager, Human Resources will include but not limited to:

Payroll Administration

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
• Perform checks for multi-payroll runs, to ensure proper compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Conduct reconciliation of salary, wages and bonuses information to ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll payment.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and trends related to compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records in HR systems.

Benefits Management & Administration

• Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, welfare claims, and other welfare initiatives.
• Liaise with service providers for renewals, claims, and policy updates.
• Monitor benefits utilization and recommend improvements where necessary.

Compensation Management

• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of salary structures, grading systems, and compensation frameworks.
• Support annual salary review, promotion and bonus exercises, including data validation and budget tracking and control.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all compensation-related decisions

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in annual budget preparation and forecast.
• Prepare reports on compensation trends, headcount costs, incentive effectiveness, and benefits utilization.
• Analyze HR data to support management decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in line with PDPA requirements.

Recruitment

• Manage recruitment processes for managerial positions.
• Manage employee master data update in HRIS for managerial positions.

Policies & Governance

• Assist in the development and review of HR policies relating to compensation and benefits.
• Ensure all compensation and benefits practices are audit-compliant and aligned with internal governance standard and business objectives.

Employee Communication

• Respond to employee queries related to payroll and benefits matters.
• Prepare employee communication on compensation and benefits related matters.

HR Team Development

• Responsible for development of HR team members through coaching, on-the-job guidance, and knowledge sharing to enhance functional competencies.
• Support succession planning and talent development within the HR function to ensure continuity and capability growth.

Others

• Any other legal assignments requested by the Management from time to time.

• Lead and deliver executive searches across all global functions, from Manager level and above.

• Partner with senior hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to align hiring strategies with business goals.

• Own end-to-end search delivery: role scoping, sourcing strategy, market mapping, candidate management, and offer support.

• Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, competitor insights, and candidate expectations.

• Ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage.

• Support succession planning and pipelining for key roles across functions.

• Collaborate with the broader Executive TA team to evolve search processes, tools, and market intelligence.
