Job description
Handle recruitment, onboarding and staff records for centres
Manage work passes, contracts, attendance and payroll support
Coordinate mandatory training (First Aid, ECC) and certification tracking
Handle employee relations, benefits and daily HR matters
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related field
Min 6 years HR experience in Singapore, preschool experience preferred
Familiar with MOM & ECDA regulations
Proficient in English & Chinese, meticulous and independent
