We r looking for Recruiter- Resource Hunter
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Hunter to identify and recruit talent for specialized or senior-level positions. The role requires building relationships and presenting opportunities to high-caliber candidates to secure top-tier talent for resourcing.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct targeted research to identify and map out potential candidates within Banking and Financial Services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs
• Initiate contact with and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, career goals, and interest in available opportunities.
• Manage client relationships by collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide updates on search progress.
• Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and assessments for each.
• Facilitate the interview process between the client and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both parties.
• Mediate negotiations between the client and the selected candidate, including compensation, benefits, and employment terms.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates and client interactions to support ongoing and future search assignments.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and strategic advice.
• Required:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
o 3-10 years of experience in human resource, sales, business development, talent sourcing, recruitment, resource management or client-facing roles (internships or entry-level acceptable).
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired/Preferred:
o Experience in staff augmentation or professional services sales.
o Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
o Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
