EnsureĀ highĀ standardsĀ ofĀ customerĀ serviceĀ andĀ handleĀ customerĀ feedbackĀ orĀ complaintsĀ professionally
MonitorĀ foodĀ quality,Ā hygiene,Ā andĀ safetyĀ standardsĀ inĀ complianceĀ withĀ localĀ regulations
ControlĀ operationalĀ costs,Ā includingĀ food,Ā labor,Ā andĀ inventoryĀ management
WorkĀ closelyĀ withĀ theĀ kitchenĀ teamĀ toĀ maintainĀ menuĀ qualityĀ andĀ consistency

Requirements:
DiplomaĀ orĀ DegreeĀ inĀ Hospitality,Ā Business,Ā orĀ relatedĀ fieldĀ (preferred)
MinimumĀ 3ā5Ā yearsĀ ofĀ relevantĀ experienceĀ inĀ F&BĀ orĀ restaurantĀ management
