We are looking for a Senior Grid Engineer to join the Grid team who will be responsible for leading grid-related activities and providing technical support to the broader business through the project lifecycle, including:

• Technologies: Wind, standalone utility-scale batteries and solar hybrid.
• M&A:  Provide strategic network-related insight on new investment opportunities and manage related due diligence activities.
• Development:
  • Support the team during the early-development phase of projects in preliminary design and network connection strategy.
  • Engage in commercial and technical grid aspects of EPC, eBoP, and O&M tenders, including the selection of key inverter and PPC equipment and negotiation of contracts.
• Connection Process: Lead the connection process, including managing the NSP, AEMO and technical consultants.
• Construction: Manage R1, Registration, Hold Point testing and R2 compliance.
• Operation: Support the team in ongoing compliance and performance reviews of operational assets.

The role is based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, with site visits to our projects required periodically throughout various stages. Our current portfolio consists of a mix of greenfield through to late-stage assets.

Our national Building Engineering team is growing, and we are seeking a Principal Fire Protection Engineer to play a key technical and project leadership role across major building and infrastructure projects. Sitting between Senior and Associate Director level, this position is ideal for an experienced engineer ready to step into broader leadership, client engagement and discipline development responsibilities while still remaining hands-on in technical delivery.

You will work across a diverse portfolio including defence, education, health, commercial, aviation and more - driving high-quality fire protection solutions and contributing to the continued growth of our national team.

This role can be based in Sydney or Brisbane. 

How you’ll make a difference

• Lead fire protection design and delivery across complex projects, from early concept and detailed design through to construction support and commissioning.
• Provide high-level technical input across wet and dry fire protection systems including fire hydrants, hose reels, sprinkler systems, alternative suppression systems, gas suppression, detection and EWIS/evacuation systems.
• Oversee design compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards and relevant authorities, ensuring robust safety, quality and performance outcomes.
• Act as a key client interface—building trusted relationships, supporting project acquisition and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Mentor and guide engineers across the team, fostering strong technical capability and supporting career development.
• Coordinate effectively with mechanical, electrical, structural and specialist engineering teams to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary building solutions.
• Contribute to discipline strategy, technical standards and continuous improvement across the national Fire Protection Engineering practice.

L3 Deskside / EUC Escalations

• Act as the primary L3 escalation point for incidents and requests handed off from L1/L2 teams (Manila and local) across Deskside, Hardware, Loaned Equipment and related queues in Jira Service Management.
• Diagnose and resolve complex end-user issues across:

1. Windows and macOS endpoints
2. Mobile devices and peripherals
3. Collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, conferencing)
4. In-building technology (AV, Teams Rooms, cloud printing, tech hubs).

• Take ownership of end-to-end resolution for onsite incidents that cannot be solved remotely (for example, urgent hardware swaps, event support, complex AV issues), coordinating with Infra, Cyber and external vendors as required.
• Maintain high standards of ticket hygiene, including clear summaries, next actions, accurate status and closure notes that support reporting, hand-offs and future automation.

Onboarding, Offboarding and Asset Lifecycle

• Deliver a smooth technology experience for new starters and leavers by managing device builds, logistics, access readiness and workspace technology.
• Prepare and maintain standard device builds for Windows and macOS in conjunction with Intune and Jamf administrators and Infrastructure teams.
• Support hardware lifecycle activities (refresh programs, swaps, loan pools,decommissions) and ensure asset data in JSM/CMDB and supporting records is accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with IDAM and Cyber teams to ensure devices and identities are decommissioned securely, coordinating with tools such as Entra ID, Intune, Jamf Pro, CrowdStrike and Netskope, and contributing to improved decommission workflows.

Office and In-Building Technology

• Maintain, monitor and improve office technology across Lendi Group locations (Sydney, Melbourne and other sites), including printers, Teams rooms, AV panels, displays and collaboration spaces.
• Provide reliable onsite support for major events and “moments that matter” (for example, all-hands, key stakeholder sessions and relocations).
• Work with vendors (e.g. Ricoh, facilities and network partners) to plan and execute printer and AV refreshes, relocations and stabilisation activities.

Automation, AI-Native Workflows and Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the design, configuration and ongoing tuning of EUC-focused automation in JSM and Rovo (e.g. ticket playbooks, knowledge surfacing, comment summarisation) to improve triage quality and reduce L3 effort.
• Use AI tools (such as Rovo, ChatGPT and other automation platforms) to draft RCAs, summarise ticket histories, generate documentation and identify opportunities where automation or agentic workflows can simplify EUC processes.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cyber and Platform teams on AI-native initiatives, ensuring EUC processes and pain points are well represented and that solutions are practical for day-to-day operations.
• Apply problem management techniques and trend analysis to identify root causes, propose remediation and reduce the volume of recurring incidents.                                                                  

Stakeholder, Documentation and Knowledge

• Produce and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation and knowledge base articles covering recurring EUC issues, onboarding/offboarding flows and office technology.
• Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to L1/L2 teams and EUC peers on new tooling, processes and automation, ensuring changes “stick” and reduce re-work.
• Engage constructively with brokers, leaders and frontline staff, balancing responsiveness with sustainable ways of working for the wider EUC and Infrastructure teams.

We are seeking to appoint a Water & Wastewater Engineer in our Sydney office.  You will report directly into the Director - Water & Wastewater and have the backing of a team of over 520 experts nationally. You will be tasked with leading a project delivery team in a bid to achieve client commitments and build client advocacy and confidence.

Who You'll Work With
We are seeking a Campus & WiFi-focused Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) to join our Customer Engineering team. This is a high-impact, technical role where you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise customers deploying Arista's campus switching and wireless LAN solutions.

At Arista, we do things differently. There are no scripts to follow and no "Tier 1" to hide behind. You will operate in a non-siloed environment with direct access to the software and hardware engineering teams that build the products. You will own complex technical cases end-to-end, helping customers realize the full value of Arista EOS, CloudVision, and CV-CUE (CloudVision Cognitive Unified Edge).
 

What You'll Do 

• Act as the subject-matter expert for Arista EOS-based campus switching (CCS-710, 720, 750 series) and WiFi 5/6/6E/7 access-point platforms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Layer 2/3 campus network issues covering VLANs, STP/RSTP/MST, LACP, LLDP, QoS, and multicast.

• Support customers deploying and operating CV-CUE (CloudVision Cognitive Unified Edge) and Arista WiFi, including RF planning, channel management, roaming, and client connectivity.

• Diagnose wireless issues: RF interference, 802.11 association/authentication failures, WPA3/802.1X/RADIUS, roaming (802.11r/k/v), and throughput degradation.

• Assist with WLAN controller-less architecture questions, AP onboarding, tunnel configurations, and Arista's CloudVision-driven zero-touch provisioning for campus.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner, setting clear expectations and driving to root-cause resolution.

• Conduct live troubleshooting sessions, packet captures, and log analysis with customers and their network teams.

• Reproduce customer issues in the TSE's dedicated lab environment to validate bug reports and workarounds.

• Work with software engineering to open, track, and validate bug fixes, providing clear reproduction steps and packet-level evidence.

• Document recurring issues and contribute to internal knowledge-base articles and runbooks.

The Staff Engineer, Payments role is responsible for driving and setting the standards for the development of high-quality software solutions. You will work collaboratively in an agile environment, participating in the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications. This role involves taking ownership and extending the payments domain, using LLM to produce clean / efficient code, engaging in code reviews, and continuously improving development practices. You will also support the team in maintaining technical standards and delivering reliable software aligned with OFX guidelines.

This role works closely with colleagues in various regions and would require variability in start and finish times to support a global team or to meet business needs, with advance notice and fair rotation.
