Role Purpose
The Operations Engineer is responsible for leading and evolving day‑to‑day IT operations for APAC while driving the adoption of modern, secure, and scalable technologies including the firm’s cloud platforms that enhance legal workflows, fee-earner productivity, and client service. Roles and Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• 7 years of experience in IT operations and systems engineering within a complex, networked enterprise environment, with demonstrated thought leadership and knowledge share.
• Demonstrated experience of managing high-severity incidents to resolution, carrying out root cause analysis, implementing preventative measures and resilience strategies.
• Proven experience supporting end users in a service-oriented, customer-focused role, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.

You will leverage your technical expertise in Cloudflare’s global distributed network and technology to find best-fit solutions for prospects, to train and onboard new customers via video-conference, in person, or through documentation, and to support the long-term success of the customer. As an expert on web/mobile security and performance, you are a trusted source for developing new firewall rules from log files, crafting performance caching and delivery strategies, and creating or repurposing internal tools and scripts for customers.

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. To aid your customers, you will work closely with every team at Cloudflare, from Sales and Product to Engineering and Customer Support. Job Summary

Lead and execute civil and structural engineering design and assessments for road, taxiway, runway, and pavement projects, ensuring compliance with statutory standards and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design road geometry and conduct traffic assessments to optimize infrastructure functionality and safety
• Perform civil and structural design, analysis, and assessment for roads, taxiways, runways, and pavements to meet project specifications
• Apply knowledge of foundation, structures, excavation, earth retaining structures, slopes, drains, sewers, bridges, and buildings to develop comprehensive engineering solutions
• Plan, design, supervise, and coordinate civil engineering and infrastructure site works to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met
• Ensure all engineering designs and site works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations, and Codes of Practice
• Liaise effectively with project stakeholders, clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to facilitate smooth project execution
• Assist the Team Leader in maintaining high-quality standards in design and supervision through review and feedback
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff to develop their technical skills and ensure adherence to project requirements
• Utilize design software such as Tekla, Civil 3D, Open Road, FAARFIELD, APSDS, Sidra, Vissim, and SWMM to produce accurate engineering models and reports
• Manage submissions to authorities and coordinate project management activities for civil and infrastructure engineering projects in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Master in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by PEB
• Experience of 3 to 5 years in design for road and airport engineering projects
• Familiarity with LTA, PUB, NParks, FAA, ICAO standards, and Eurocodes for structural and geotechnical design
• Knowledge of C&S designs and Python programming is advantageous

The Operation Industrial Engineer has responsibility for overall Fab Capacity, maintain the capacity model, uphold the capacity to prevent degradation, driving the team to meet OEE and work on capacity expansion.

• To perform capacity analysis

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in roles relating to industrial engineering, project management, process engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of excel, office suite
• Requires excellent coordination and organizing skills.
• High level of multi-tasking and capability to prioritize to meet the efficiency expectation.
