The ideal candidate should possess:

·       Minimumuniversity degree in any related field

·       Over5 years of relevant IT/DB Infrastructure experience

·       Expertisein traditional and cloud databases, database high availability, architecturedesign, implementation, large-scale databases, data analytics, cloud platformsprivate/public/hybrid, performance tuning, migration, auditing, securityhardening, ITIL frameworks

·       Automationand scripting technologies such as Ansible, Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting

·       ServiceNowplatform familiarity

Job requirement

Associate with over 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Application Support, and Enterprise Systems Administration.

Strong expertise in application troubleshooting, incident management, user access administration, change/release management, and SLA-driven support operations.

Experienced in supporting enterprise applications, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization (Hyper-V), networking, and security technologies including Fortinet and Cisco.

Proven track record in coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure high system availability and timely issue resolution.

Hands-on knowledge of AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM), automation tools, and ITIL-based support processes.

Hands-on experience in supporting enterprise applications and infrastructure , with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
