Job Scope:

1. Counter & Customer Service Operations

• Attend to members' and customers' inquiries professionally and courteously.

Position Overview：

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key communication bridge between our Malaysia team and U.S. retail customers as well as the U.S. sales team. This role primarily communicates with customers through email, ensuring product requirements are accurately understood and efficiently implemented. You will coordinate with R&D, production, quality, and logistics departments to drive the full cycle of product development and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective order execution.

Customer Communication & Order Management

Your Background & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• More than 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, or related roles; candidates with both engineering and business backgrounds are preferred.

We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Client Value Partners for the Northern Central and Perak regions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work while engaging directly with healthcare professionals and clients in the field. Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual sales targets through effective and strategic territory management.
• Plan, schedule, and organize daily tasks (e.g., daily planning, CMEs, etc.) to meet individual and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure all marketing activities are executed in alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Develop strong market knowledge for the assigned territory, including market analysis, and identify potential business opportunities to propose to management.
• Establish and maintain strong networking with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrate attentiveness and responsiveness in managing sales-related activities, including purchases, sales, returns, replacements, product recalls, and product complaints.
• Update and maintain monthly sales tracking reports to ensure territory effectiveness.
• Take ownership of additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales & marketing or clinical/laboratory-related fields; OR
• Innovative, driven, and self-motivated fresh graduates with a science background are encouraged to apply.
• Basic presentation and computer skills.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
