The Customer Solutions Specialist role will support the analysis and end to end delivery of remediations impacting TAL customers as well as internal stakeholders. The role is responsible for analysing customer impact due to a remediation and supporting the broader team in the development and delivery of customer remediation activities, including root cause analysis and rectification strategy.

The role will work closely with key stakeholders across the TAL business to support the implementation of remediation initiatives within the Customer Solutions, Claims function. Particular focus is given to ensuring effective customer outcomes in line with TAL’s Customer philosophies within the risk management framework.

In this role you will:

• Supervise and coach Analysts to ensure accurate documentation of remediation details, high-quality data management, root cause analysis, and adherence to TAL remediation policies.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across Claims, Risk, Operations, and frontline teams to align on remediation scope, process improvements, and customer communication strategies.
• Shape and implement corrective actions and preventative controls, including strategy development, approvals, and governance oversight.
• Collaborate with data teams and SMEs to refine data extracts for impact analysis and support accurate remediation planning.
• Support training and communication rollouts by developing FAQs, fact sheets, and assisting with drafting and testing customer communications.
• Execute remediation plans and projects, including system updates, direct customer contact, and delivery of small-to-medium scale initiatives to improve operational resilience.

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Process Optimisation Manager  to join our Client, Growth & Strategy Team, supporting our Contact Centre in enterprise initiatives, audits, and transformation programs. 

The Customer Experience & Process Optimisation Manager is accountable for improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and fraud outcomes across Call Direct and Fraud Operation. The role owns customer experience design by leading business analysis and process improvement capability, owning workforce planning, reporting, telephony optimisation, and driving consistent operational standards across the contact centre. Responsibilities for the role sitting across 4 key areas 

1) Customer Experience & Process Optimisation

• Analyse, map, and redesign client and customer-facing processes to reduce friction and improve service delivery outcomes 

• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end customer journey maps to identify and address pain points across all contact centre touchpoints 

• Translate customer, client, and team feedback, complaints, sentiment analysis, and client effort scores into actionable insights 

2) Workforce Planning & Performance Management 

• Own workforce planning across forecasting, scheduling, and resourcing to support service demand and efficiency targets 

• Provide specialist advice to Fraud Operations leadership on workforce planning and capacity management 

3) Operational Improvement & Change Delivery

About You 
You bring hands-on experience improving contact centre customer experience and operational performance, with strong capability across process design, workforce planning, and performance reporting. You are comfortable owning complex contact centre initiatives end to end, working with Fraud Operations, technology teams, and senior leaders to deliver measurable service, efficiency, and fraud outcomes.

• Extensive experience working within contact centres, multichannel operations, Financial services or similar fast paced and ever evolving environment. 

• Sound knowledge of business process modelling and workflow documentation 

• Proven experience in project and change management analysis, data performance and or business analysis, process improvement, or data analysis. 

• Strong analytical skills, quickly understanding complex concepts and translating them into actionable insights

This is an opportunity for a Applications Support Analyst to provide support and system improvement for our deal management system, Our Deals, across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. You will be responsible for providing input on current systems improvements, assist in the testing and deployment of future application improvements, and participate in development and administration of training programs.

• Lead, manage and inspire the Service Provider Management and KYC counterparty team, supporting planning, prioritisation, process improvement and innovation, capacity, capability, high performance, collaboration and partnering.  
• Provide service provider management and procurement expertise, working with business owners and leads, subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and supporting the general manager, investment governance.

• Build effective relationships with Rest’s material service providers, non material service providers, and other vendors to ensure services are meeting the required standards and Rest is achieving value for money.

This is an apprenticeship position within Smiths Detection’s field service team, primarily responsible for traveling to customer sites, 
which are often high-security environments, to maintain and repair Smiths Detection’s X-ray and trace detection equipment using 
hand and power tools. This position requires the development of customer-interaction and team-working skills. It is anticipated that 
apprentices will develop the ability to work semi-autonomously, and outside of day-time business hours from time to time, during 
their second year of experience.

• Attending weekly TAFE course trainings and completing associated educational tasks and activities
• Travelling to customer sites across metropolitan and regional/remote areas, at times requiring long-distance driving, air travel, and hotel accommodation for several days per trip
• Assisting with troubleshooting, servicing and repairing X-ray and trace detection equipment at customer sites and within Smiths Detection’s service centres

Primary Function of Position:

The Senior Manager, Customer Training and Genesis will report to the VP, Customer Training and Genesis, WW Indirect Mkts. As a senior member of the customer training leadership team, this individual will be a key player in leading and developing System Technology and Application training programs. The Senior Manager, Customer Training, will lead the team in the continuous improvement of these training programs, will effectively manage and develop a team of Trainers and collaborate with the VP to effectively support Training Center operations and deliver results. This leader will expand the utilization of Intuitive Surgical technologies within territory by partnering with customers, distributors and internal partners to identify and implement best practices in utilization, training, and optimization of robotic surgery programs. Additionally, the Senior Manager, Customer Training and Genesis will manage a team of field-based consultants and specialists focused on delivering best practices in successful management of sustainable robotic surgery programs with an emphasis on standardization, efficiency and safety.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with customer training leadership team, sales team, marketing, and other stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure training and consulting support is properly allocated to meet the needs of the business.
• Measures training and consulting effectiveness and leads initiatives to improve programs. Routinely develops new or improved Customer Training offerings. Relied upon to consistently oversee and/or otherwise design/deliver training and consulting programs of considerable, measurable impact.
• Manages the integration of new technologies, products, and training models
• Manages training center logistics, inventory, calendar; consistently seeks operational efficiencies. Develops novel solutions to meet complex requirements. Independently and effectively manages budgets and other resources.
• Hires, develops, and trains members of the customer training team and Genesis team to support the growing and evolving needs of the company; mentors experienced team members and develops future leaders; mentors and develops existing leaders.
• Manages or oversees proper workflow, inventory, and safety adherence, as necessary.

• Develops sustained competency of the Trainers in the following areas:
  • System Technology and Ion
  • System Applications
  • Training Pathway process
  • Training/coaching techniques and methodologies
• Manage initiatives within customer accounts in territory

• Set and manage implementation goals
• Educate sales team on best practices of Genesis program utilization and how to implement within their territories
• Drive alignment of program with sales teams and ecosystem partners within territory through collaboration with regional leaders
• Manage T& E budgets across team
• Participate in project teams or otherwise provide support, feedback and insight related to product integration to marketing, product development, and regulatory teams
• Manage requests for field support related to product CAPA as needed
• Present metrics and milestones at department and executive meetings
• Create & report outcomes of relevant (electronic) surveys
• Leads high-level projects that impact the entire organization
• Plays a lead role in strategic planning within PEPS organization and with cross-functional groups.
• Manages the Customer Training and Genesis tactics and goals that align with the business & commercial strategy for the region.
• Routinely solves complex problems that enable the team to make significant progress.
• Regularly defines and assigns stretch goals for the team and individuals on the team, driving for ever-increasing standards, performance, results, and team competencies. Sets and holds individuals and teams accountable for very high standards of competencies and overall performance.

This includes developing subject matter expertise within the customer support department and collaborating with other team members in the various technologies.

This is a customer-facing role in a very collaborative environment and therefore it requires strong interpersonal skills.

THE ROLE

● Providing dedicated support to our Customer Success Managers and Retention Specialists

● Packaging credit applications for submission

● Providing a high level of customer service

● Assisting with client and broker communication, documentation requests and document verification

● Working closely with internal stakeholders to support loan applications in line with customer needs & Lumi policy

● Taking inbound broker or customer phone calls

● Assisting with administrative tasks including ID verification and KYC checks

● Outbound activities to increase Line of Credit (LOC) review volume
