This role requires hands-on involvement in the testing and commissioning, repair, service, and troubleshoot works of all equipment/system undertaken by Xylem. He shall constantly maintain a high level of work quality and standards to meet customers’ requirements and Xylem’s KPI. This requires an in-depth knowledge and understanding of electrical, instrumentation and mechanical processes in related industries in order to carry out the service works assigned to him.

• Perform service duties assigned including ad-hoc works.
• Hands-on duties involve testing and commissioning, service, repair and troubleshoot equipment/system at Xylem

• Prepare coherent service reports on condition of equipment, advising on recommendation and follow-up actions.
• Manage and maintain records of service activities.
• Lead and coordinate with service technicians on daily service activities and operation.
• Provide after sales technical support services to help customers to optimize their business with the right solutions.
• Manage and maintain a high-level long term business relationship with existing customer and develop new business opportunities to expand the aftermarket sales & service in systems maintenance, retrofit, repair and spare parts business.
• Work closely with Service manager to improve workflows/processes to increase productivity.
• Play a part in maintaining the workshop in an environmentally safe and organized manner & ensure equipment & tools are well maintained.
• Actively participate in compliance with QA and ESH requirement to promote a safe working environment.
• Maybe requested to work overtime on weekdays, weekends and/or public holidays in order to achieve deliveries to customers.
• Required to be on 24/7 standby on rotation basis based on customer’s urgent calls.
• Other duties as required/determined to assist the functionality of the department.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3-4 years’ hands-on experience as a service engineer in related industries/environment.
• Able to troubleshoot electrical starter & control panel and the ability to read simple electrical & hydraulic schematics drawings.
• Able to lead service technicians to perform duties as required.
• Customer focus, results orientated, excellent communication and good team player.
• Self-confident, self-motivated with intrinsic drive to work independently.

This position supports the service team on the commissioning, preventive maintenance and testing of equipment as well as to provide continual technical support to customers.

The IT Support Engineer provides end-user support, maintains IT systems and infrastructure, and supports clinic operations across multiple sites. The role includes Clinic Management System (CMS) application support, basic SQL/database troubleshooting and API integration support to ensure seamless system connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Support & Operations

• Provide Level 1 (L1) support across clinic sites, including troubleshooting:
• CMS systems End-user computing (EUC) devices, including workstations, mobile devices, printing/scanning devices and VoIP/digital telephony systems
• Wireless access points and network connectivity
• Manage IT helpdesk tickets and ensure resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Support multiple clinic sites, including onsite assistance when required

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant experience

Summary:
