Job Description:
- Assist the Coordination Manager in managing and coordinating architectural activities to
- ensure alignment with client specifications and project timelines
- Review and understand architectural project specifications, drawings, and designs, ensuring
- compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Facilitate communication between architectural teams and contractors to ensure seamless
- collaboration and issue resolution
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of architectural design documents, ensuring timely
- delivery to clients and regulatory bodies
- Assist in resolving design-related issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution,
- escalating concerns to the Coordination Manager as needed
- Support the Architectural and Coordination Managers in organising and participating in the project
- meetings, providing updates on architectural progress and challenges
- Monitor the progress of architectural activities, identifying potential delays or risks
- Coordinate and inform the subcontractors regarding the site conditions
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to architectural projects, including
- drawings, specifications, and meeting minutes
- Assigned and checked shop drawings from the drafter/BIM Modeler and assign control number for
- Architectural shop drawing
- Coordinate and assist the Shop drawing manager to ensure all drafting standards will be
- followed by the drafters to produce accurate shop drawings for consultants’ review and
- approval.
- Prepares DAR submission for LTA’s comment/ Approval & Acceptance.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance
- with approvals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Coordination Manager to support the overall project
- objectives.
- Perform all duties in accordance with CCCC policies, processes, systems, reporting, and
- procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in the relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for a project of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work.
- Degree / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- Having experience in High Rise Building Project would be a bonus and advantageous.
- Working Location: West Region
