Roles & Responsibilities

• Building wiring and routing.
• Cable ternimation and testing.
• Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment and appliances.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications.
• Supervising electricians.
• Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment.
• Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems at construction sites.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance works.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with Singapore safety regulations and project requirements.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Support site operations and attend to emergency breakdowns when required.

Tile grouting is the process of filling up the gaps between tiles after the tiles have been laid. We invented a patented robot that is able to automatically grout and clean tile gaps and is easy to operate.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

1. Deploy and monitor robots on different construction sites, which includes liaising with site supervisors.

2. Basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.

3. Train construction workers and clients on how to operate, troubleshoot and integrate our robots into their daily workflows.

4. Assist with demonstrations of the robot to potential clients. 

5. Report errors and provide suggestions to improve our site operations 

6. Maintain and fix robots on site, and transport them back to our office for fixes/upgrades and transport them to other locations. 

7. Upgrading robots to our latest designs. 

A great candidate would possess the following:

• Class 3/3A driving license

• Diploma, or equivalent qualifications, in Engineering. 

• At least one year of technical experience or side projects in robotics.

• Comfortable working in active construction sites. 

• Familiarity with autonomous mobile robots.

• Strong problem solving skills. 

• Willing to adapt to changes week on week and various work schedules. 

• Willing to travel to various construction sites around Singapore.

• Proficiency in English. 

Our development process is very iterative and agile. Thus, there would not be a concrete plan more than 2 weeks ahead and your role/tasks is/are likely to evolve over time. Besides, a lot of testing has to be done on a construction site.  If you like this process, you’d be a good fit for us.
