This role focuses on managing project costs, preparing tender and contract documents, conducting quantity take-offs, and supporting the project team in ensuring cost efficiency and smooth financial administration for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage measurements and cost estimates for construction projects, from initial calculations to final accounts.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors, and negotiate where necessary.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for projects and tender submissions.
• Review and interpret C&S, Architectural, and M&E drawings.
