Administrative and Accounting Support Duties

- Greet and Support Visitors.

- Communication with Parents

- Invoicing Fees and collections

- Bank Statement Reconciliation

- Submit fees collections and expenses using Quick Books, working with our Accounting Agency. Knowledge of Quick Books will be an advantage (training will be provided)

Parent Support Group (PSG)

- Assist in engaging Parents in PSG events (Tea, Talks etc)
