Main Purpose

To support the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Finance department in carrying out the accounting and administration responsibilities for the group of companies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage all Accounts Receivables and Payables in alignment with the Corporate Finance department’s objectives.
• Maintain and systematically store documents with proper traceability within the department.
• Monitor invoice processing, month-end closing, and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Conduct credit checks on new accounts.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, GST returns, audit schedules, and other forecasting reports as required.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc billing reports for customers.
• Assist the CFO in liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors on related matters.
• Support the CFO in management accounting functions, including preliminary cost analysis, reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze, compile, and present financial and non-financial performance data for management decision-making.
• Participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects and systems testing.
• Coordinate day-to-day administration and housekeeping duties.

Accounts Receivable Executive – Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including customer invoicing, payment monitoring, and collection activities.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize bad debts.
• Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable collection reports on a regular basis.
• Issue and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers accurately and on schedule.
• Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies and payment issues in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support and assist with general office administration duties as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.
• Provide backup support for colleagues during periods of leave, medical leave (MC), or absence to ensure continuity of operations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Superior or Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with good in focus on Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in data entry and typing, with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions accurately and work independently with minimal supervision.

Position Overview:
The Accounting & Economics/Business Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons aligned with the syllabus and scheme of work for both A-Level and International Foundation Year (IFY) students. Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Instruction

• Prepare and deliver lessons in Accounting, Economics, and Business, tailored to A-Level and IFY curricula.

Key Performance Targets

Skills & Experience:

• At least a Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field from a recognized university.

• Strong knowledge of Economics is required, along with proficiency in Accounting and Business subjects.

• Experience in teaching A-Level and/or International Foundation Year (IFY) students, with a proven track record of engaging and inspiring learners at advanced academic levels.

• Ability to break down complex concepts and deliver them in a clear, engaging, and approachable manner.
