- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang), and other required shipping documents.
- Coordinate closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, surveyors, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo loading, vessel arrangements, and timely shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment schedules, document deadlines, and cargo readiness to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements.
- Ensure all export activities comply with customs procedures, government regulations, international trade requirements, contractual terms, and applicable Incoterms.
- Handle communication with buyers and internal commercial teams regarding shipment schedules, documentation status, and delivery of export documents.
- Support resolution of routine operational issues related to shipment execution and documentation under guidance from senior team members.
