Apply on Company Site

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform by leading end-to-end design efforts across complex, high-impact product areas. You’ll work independently and drive projects forward, while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and internal subject matter experts to deliver innovative, user-centered solutions. With a small but highly impactful UX team, you’ll have real influence on product direction and design operations. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and is excited to help build scalable experiences within an evolving platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Turn complex, compliance-driven requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable design solutions that fit naturally into the broader platform.
  • Own the end-to-end design process — from research and information architecture to wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished, production-ready visual designs.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, internal Subject Matter Experts, and fellow designers to deliver thoughtful, customer-driven solutions.
  • Clearly explain design decisions to stakeholders, using customer insights, industry knowledge, and data to build alignment and advocate for the user.
  • Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research to deeply understand industry-specific needs and validate ideas through ongoing, iterative testing.
  • Explore big ideas and bold concepts early, then narrow in on the most practical, high-impact solutions.
  • Use and contribute to our global design system, ensuring new components and screens meet established visual, functional, and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the design team to help shape our long-term platform vision, design systems, and design operations.
  • Mentor and support other designers through feedback and coaching, helping raise the quality and impact of the team’s work
  • Champion strong design practices, accessibility, and inclusive design across the company.
