This role will work closely with, under the supervision and assist a dedicated Associate HRBP/ HRBP to support the employees and managers/ directors in the designated Business Unit (BU) to meet the BU/ Organizational Goals including employee on-off boarding, global mobility, employee relations, HR single point of contact counseling, policy rollouts, employee performance management, and employee recognition programs.

Your key responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Associate HRBP / HRBP the role should include, but not limited to the practical implementation and management of the following:

 

  • Acts as a single point contact of all HR aspects for the employees and managers on daily basis
  • Involves in the operational implementation/delivery of the HR processes and roll outs
  • Supports delivering key HR processes and programs in recruitment, learning & development, remuneration… by working with managers in the development of action plans, requesting regular updates and checking where HR input may be required
  • Involves in the identification and resolution of training needs and regularly in full cycle of recruiting
  • Participates the improvement and execution of the KMS On-boarding and Off-boarding processes
  • Involves in the implementation of global mobility process/ international assignment works (passport/visa, logistics advice, relocation)
  • Joins developing and implementing solutions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Actively provides initiatives and improvements for current and new HR/company’s policies, processes and programs
  • Weekly reports to Associate HRBP / HRBP on assigned tasks and provides timely and periodic reports / statistics within the scope of work
