BigIn is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will handle internal accounting tasks while supporting office operations, including:
- Handle daily internal accounting tasks as assigned.
- Check and compare data with invoices/documents to make sure everything is correct.
- Record transactions in the accounting system.
- Track accounts payable.
- Support asset checking and data comparison when needed.
- Keep and organize accounting documents properly.
- Support timesheet tracking and social insurance procedures.
- Support basic admin tasks: ordering office supplies, drinks, equipment, etc.
- Support other tasks when required.
