Job Responsibilities:
+ Control administration activities and check expenses with the subcontractors (such as: car booking, air ticket, hotel, telephone, photocopier rental, pantry, drinking water supply, cleaning, post mail, stationery, notarization, office waste disposal, office facilities maintenance, cleaning, and others).
+ Always maintain office areas in a clean and tidy manner.
+ Assist Admin Manager in organizing company internal events
+ Keep confidential all company business information and documentation.
