Key Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure such as network infrastructure, PC,applications, PABX, and telecommunication services.
Review IT systems and structure and provide IT recommendations,direction and strategy to enhance the Company’s IT systems efficiency to meetbusiness needs.
Develop/review IT policies and procedures.
Monitoring & managing software license to ensure regulationcompliance.
Participating in the design, development and implementation of MobileApp with appointed vendors.
Responsible for preparation, monitoring and tracking of IT Budget andDeliverables.
Manage and Lead IT vendors contract negotiation and perform procurementin accordance with the company’s policy.
Track and Lead vendors deliverables, service level and ensure optimalservice is achieved.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 year proven experience in IT infrastructure and end-user management
- Strong technical knowledge in PBX, infrastructure technologies, data interface, system integration, virtualisation environment, VPN/firewall, cloud services, application administrative and maintenance functions
- Strong vendor management background
- Knowledge of IT service management standard and information security standard such as ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and able to work effectively with people across different levels and different roles
