Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain TraneRental Chiller Services to customers and ensure maximum revenues throughaccounts penetration.
• Establish new rental chillercustomers through phone calls and in-person visits to potential customers.
• Present a full range ofturnkey services to potential customers.
• Identify, evaluate, andpursue business opportunities, build customer relationships.
• Drive the development ofprograms to create awareness and demand for Rental Chiller Services.
• Function as a salesrepresentative and liaison between customers and the office.
• Perform analysis oncustomer needs and ascertain current market opportunities.
• Increase sales to existingaccounts and establish systematic customer contact to provide ongoinginformation.
• Responsible for developinglong-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration andcustomer retention.
• Any other relevant jobassignment, duty and sales responsibility from time to time.
Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree inMechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
• Knowledge of HVAC system,Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services
• 3years of sales experience
• Understandingof rental business and industries and knowledge of construction or relatedequipment is a plus
• Possessstrong negotiation and selling skills, and excellent customer service skills
• Strongpresentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal andwritten)
• Strongplanning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Customerdriven and ability to work independently
• Proficiencywith computer skills and MS Office (especially Words and Excel)
